Lindenhurst High School Names AP Scholars

The College Board recognizes several levels of achievement based on students' performance on these exams.

From Lindenhurst Schools: Several students from Lindenhurst High School have earned Advanced Placement Scholar Awards in recognition of their exceptional achievement on AP exams. The College Board recognizes several levels of achievement based on students’ performance on these exams.

The following students qualified for the AP Scholar Award by completing three or more AP exams with scores of 3 or higher: From the Class of 2019: Emeli Argueta Martinez, Cesar Bravo, Timothy Cotroneo, Lauren Dawnkaski, Bohdan Fostakovskyy, Kayla Gretes, Nicole Hayden, Jenna Hoogervorst, Shimiao (Nickey) Huang, Efrain Laguna-Lopez, Arianna Liebowitz, Sabrina Lound, Samantha Lound, Kimmarie Mccrann, Connor Miller, Michael Rivera, Novneet Singh, Robert Tringone, John Walter and Russell Ward.

These students qualified for the Advanced Placement Scholar with Honors Award by earning an average score of at least 3.25 on all AP exams taken and scores of 3 or higher on four or more of these exams: From the Class of 2019: Nicholas Fleury, Joseph Grogan, Jacqueline Kalish, Joseph Leone, Aaron Liebowitz, Monika Orzelowski, Eric Pisowacki, Hisham Tadfie and Nicole Zielinski. Class of 2019 member Nicholas Hager has qualified for the Advanced Placement Scholar with Distinction Award for earning an average score of at least 3.5 on all AP exams taken and scores of 3 or higher on five or more of these exams. Sahil Kapoor, Luke Korzenko and Adam Kulaczkowski from the Class of 2018 have qualified as National AP Scholars by receiving an average score of at least 4 on all AP exams taken and scores of 4 or higher on eight or more of these exams. The district congratulates all of these talented students.
