Lindenhurst Men Arrested For Assault: Police
It happened Tuesday night at a Lindenhurst home, police say.
LINDENHURST, NY – Two Lindenhurst men were arrested after they assaulted another man Tuesday night, police said. Thomas Moscarella, 23, and Michael Schiavone, 21, are each charged with third degree assault.
According to police, the men kicked and punched an acquaintance at a residence on S. 4th St. in Lindenhurst at about 9:15 p.m. Tuesday.
Moscarella and Schiavone were both arraigned Wednesday and released on their recognizance. They will be back in court next month.

Moscarella is due in a Nassau County court Friday to be sentenced on heroin charges stemming from an arrest in May 2015, according to court records.
