Paving

Anybody else notice the horrible job they did recently with paving some of the side streets. No advance notice (they told us about an hour before to clear the street), and they did an awful job. They didn't even bring the street back to it's base, just threw a quick skim coat on top of the bad street... so now the new paving is horrible
