Police: Lindenhurst Caregiver Stole $500K from Elderly Woman
Lindenhurst woman deposited annuity money in victim's account before writing herself checks, cops said.

A Lindenhurst resident faces charges for stealing annuity checks from an elderly Oceanside woman for whom she was a caregiver, according to Nassau County Police.
Police said Marilyn Fullam, 74, was caring for an 85-year-old woman and took advantage of being an authorized signer on the victim’s Bank of America account.
The victim had received a $500,000 annuity check, which Fullam deposited into the woman’s bank account on Sept. 5, cops said. The next day, Fullam opened bank accounts at Capital One Bank and Citibank in her name and deposited two checks from the victim’s account for $250,000 each, cops said.
