Police Release Additional Info On N. Lindenhurst Hit-And-Run: PD
A $5,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of the driver who struck two women, seriously injuring one.

NORTH LINDENHURST, NY - Suffolk County Police announced on Thursday they are offering a reward for information leading to the arrest of a driver involved in a hit-and-run crash in North Lindenhurst last month.
On Nov. 26, Lindenhurst residents Colleen Curry and Kaitlynn McNamara, both 20, were struck by a car while crossing Sunrise Highway at North Delaware Avenue at 11:55 p.m.
Both women were transported to Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip for treatment. Curry suffered from serious injuries as a result of the crash.

Police say the car was a 2006-2009 silver or gray Chevrolet Equinox. The vehicle should have front-end damage.
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
