Sold Homes Report for Lindenhurst - January 1st thru May 31st 2013
72 homes have sold in Lindenhurst since the beginning of 2013. This covers the Lindenhurst school district only. 75 homes sold in 2012 during this same time period.
13 of these homes sold at list price or slightly above. Prices will start to rise but slowly during 2013. Mortgage rates are still at record lows and inventory is down making it difficult for buyers to find "the one".
Keep in mind, a home will not sell if it is overpriced no matter if it's a buyer's market or a seller's market.
