The Barrage on Blue

Horrendous reports of police deadly force are as common as tornadoes in Kansas. To be exposed to these acts over and over one would think we are in Kabul or Fallujah or some other dysfunctional site on our little blue planet.

Is it really that bad? Are our police officers storm troopers with no regard for human life? You’d think, on the face of it, that policing America is the most brutal, criminal enterprise since Murder Incorporated. But maybe what our police officers do has a different perspective.
