Beach Passes Now On Sale In Long Beach
Residents can get passes now for themselves and their families.

The City of Long Beach's beach passes are now on sale.
With the Army Corps of Engineers project completed, the city said that all of the beaches will be open this summer.
The passes are available at the Gazebo, located at 150 West Bay Drive (across from the Ice Arena), every day from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and weekends from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. through June 28. Passes will also be available at the Beach Park Trailer, located at 300 West Broadway, on weekends from May 25 through June 23 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and then every day from June 27 through Sept. 2.

The prices for the passes are:
- Resident Individual - $50 (Proof of residency is required)
- Resident Family - $70 (Proof of residency is required; 2 Adult passes and children ages 13-17 as long as proof of birth date is presented at the time of purchase)
- Resident Senior - $15 (Proof of residency and age is required; for people 62 years and older)
- Resident Child - $25 (Proof of age and residency is required, 13-17 years of age)
- Resident Economy - $100 (This pass is good for 10 times or 10 people - especially good for larger groups. Proof of residency is required)
- Non Resident Individual - $100.00
- Non Resident Family - $140 (2 Adult passes and any children ages 13-17 as long as proof of birth date is presented at the time of purchase)
- Non Resident Senior - $30 (Proof of age is required; for people 62 years and older)
- Non Resident Child - $50 (Proof of age is required, 13-17 years of age)
- Non-Resident Economy - $120 (This pass is good for 10 times or 10 people - especially good for larger groups)
- Access Pass - $15 (Proof of disability is required)
- Veteran Pass - $15 (Proof of service is required)
Proof of residency can be shown with a driver's license that has a Long Beach address, a picture ID and check with a Long Beach address, or a picture ID and a current bill or lease with a Long Beach address. Age can be shown with a license, passport, birth certificate or picture ID with birth date.

Day passes are also available, and are $12 for residents and $15 for non-residents. The city says that everyone 13 and above needs a beach pass to access the beach, and each pass is only good for one person.
