This is not the right product to use because its very toxic to breath in and also only kills surface spores or bacteria. Mold Spores travel 1/4 inch into any type of Building material. So when you have the public just wiping down there walls with this product you are starting to cause cross contamination and could get very sick and cause additional damage to your structure. If you have a mold problem at your home you should first have it tested and also check to see if your structure still has any type of Moisture. Never set up Fans when you have mold problem! Our company uses several steps during the mold remediation process. First you always want to set up containment to avoid cross contamination,cover any air vents and Take any contents in the area that is being remediated and place them in a storage for cleaning (POD). These items if in contact with mold or contaminated water should either be discarded or hepa vacuumed and wiped down with antimicrobial for cleaning. Our technicians Will Hepa Vacuum the entire structure to remove any spores that's on the surface. We then use a Peroxide Product that has 20% Peroxide.This product will penetrate 1/4 inch into any wood surface which is how far any type of mold spore will travel. Once the application is applied the peroxide product will foam up and bring all spores to the surface. Then another hepa vacuum step is needed to remove any contamination. Once the foaming from our peroxide application has stopped, we have successfully removed all spores. Once the Hepa Vacuum and Peroxide product is all complete we then will apply an antimicrobial to all walls,floors and ceiling. After this process is completed we then will apply an antimicrobial sealer to encapsulate all wood surfaces. After all this is done we then will have a third party come into your home or business and test the air. If we receive clearance then you can begin phase two of your rebuild process.
