The Cookie Man

It's so easy to be happy about the service I receive, say thank you…and move on. Others express themselves more powerfully.

When someone performs a service and the results are poor, we sure are going to bad mouth them at every chance. And rightfully so, if it’s so deserved.

But when service is more than expected, service that makes one smile, some of express singular gratitude. And enjoy doing so.
