Drunken Driver Was Driving Without License, Fled Accident: LBPD

Christine Holand, 59, of Lido Beach, was arrested on East Chester Street on Aug. 8 and charged with an open bench warrant.

Peter Osterman, 21, of Massapequa, was arrested on East Park Avenue on Aug. 9 and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana an driving while impaired by drugs.

Nicholas LaBarbera, 29, of Oceanside, was arrested on Riverside Boulevard on Aug. 11 and charged with DWI, leaving the scene of an accident and aggravated unlicensed operation.

Jose Quintanilla, 42, of Long Beach, was arrested on Long Beach Boulevard on Aug. 11 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation.

Matthew Serra, 35, of Baldwin, was arrested on Long Beach Boulevard on Aug. 12 and charged with DWI and criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Messiah Morrison, 24, of Elmont, was arrested on East Park Avenue on Aug. 13 and charged with public lewdness.
