The City of Long Beach will be holding the 17th annual Fine Arts Festival on Jun. 11 and Jun. 12 at Kennedy Plaza from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The festival will showcase around 50 local artists who will sell all original work, including paintings, drawings, sculpture and photography. There will be live music, which is sponsored by the Long Beach Library, during the afternoon hours. Food and drinks will also be available for purchase from vendors.
“The Fine Arts Show is a great way to spend time with friends and family strolling through the plaza, enjoying the works of talented artists and listening to great live music,” said City Council Vice President Mona Goodman in a press release from the city.

The schedule for the festival is as follows:
- Jun. 11 at 1 p.m. – Stick-Tet Returns
- Jun. 11 at 2 p.m. – Juried Awards presented to Artists
- Jun. 11 at 3 p.m. – Good Vibrations
- Jun. 12 at 1 p.m. – Jazzy Blend of New Age and World Music
- Jun. 12 at 3 p.m. – Paul Joseph Trio
