For the summer of 2011, the City of Long Beach has instituted a surfing pilot program at West End beaches. Surfing is allowed at Arizona Beach (Arizona to Wyoming) during the week of Aug. 1 to 5.
The surf schedule is subject to change with no notice. Surfers must pay admission to Ocean Beach Park and are subject to all rules and regulations.
