For the summer of 2011, the City of Long Beach has instituted a surfing pilot program at West End beaches. Surfing is allowed at Tennessee Beach (Tennessee to Maryland) during the week of Aug. 8 to 12.
The surf schedule is subject to change with no notice. Surfers must pay admission to Ocean Beach Park and are subject to all rules and regulations.
