The summer is almost over, but there's still time to have fun on and around the Barrier Island!

September is here next week, which means it's almost time to go back to school.

But there's still fun to be had during the summer! Here are five fun things to do this week in and around Long Beach.

1. Arts and Crafts Fair

The Long Beach Historical Society will be hosting its annual Arts and Crafts Fair Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Come down and enjoy delicious food and unique crafts on offer from more than 200 vendors, along with the #MusicOnTheBeach Free Summer concerts being held throughout the weekend.

2. Summer Concert

The summer concerts on the beach continues on Thursday with Drive, a Cars tribute band. The show kicks off at 8 p.m. at Neptune Boulevard.

3. Movie on the Beach

The Village of Island Park will be screening the classic "Jaws" at Masone Beach on 8:15 p.m. on Sunday. Come down and take a bite out of the end of the summer.

4. Go to the Beach

It's not too late to get some end-of-season time on the sand and surf!
