Innocence
Waiting in line can be a tedious experience for most of us. But if you look at it as opportunity...it can be the best part of your day.

My boardwalk coffee was extra sweet recently.
There I am waiting to place my coffee order, amidst people I don’t know, but people who may have very interesting things to say. Some are standing there face down in iPhone fixation...they are online while they are on line.
Some are just…well standing there. Should I withdraw, be quiet, keep to myself? Or should I reach out, ask, listen, exchange thoughts? I may learn something. They may too.

It could be a memorable moment. But they might want to be left alone. I could be a pain in the butt. I just have to be sensitive, sense when and how to speak…or not at all.
Why do I have all these counter thoughts? Why not just be free to open up without hesitation, or reservation?

I met someone on line who didn't have such reservations, someone who brought refreshing innocence to me and to the world:
Be well,
