LONG BEACH, NY — A Lido Beach man accused of stabbing a 16-year-old Oceanside boy to death has been indicted, but the charges remain sealed, according to a report. Tyler Flach, 18, turned himself in to police earlier this month and was charged with second-degree murder in the stabbing death of Khaseen Morris, an Oceanside High School student.

Flach stabbed Morris during a fight and the teen died at a hospital. Officials said the melee started over a girl — Morris appeared to be dating the ex-girlfriend of someone other than Flach.

Flach previously pleaded not guilty to the initial charge.
