Sometimes, hidden amongst the houses of Long Beach, are some pretty cool stories for the soul.

We walk our pooch, Scout daily as do most dog lovers of Long Beach. And sometimes we come upon some interesting tales. (You do the pun, I won’t...this time.)
Walking in Long Beach is a rich experience by itself, much better than motoring to the store through a blur of homes, lawns, shrubs, people and pets.
Yes our beach and boardwalk are fantastic to trek. As you know I walk and bike there often. But have you tried our streets? You might want to try it, just for the difference. Stopping and chatting provides an even greater experience.

Cheryl and I came upon a beautiful soul with a story worth sharing. It’s a tale about dogs and a cat, but it’s way more than that. It’s about life, death, sharing and loving. It’s about finding some joy in these most troubling times. But it's about providing some joy too:
