Long Beach Hosting Sewer Lateral Info Session Monday

Meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. at Long Beach Public Library.

The City of Long Beach is hosting a community meeting Monday on the new Sewer Lateral Service Plan offered to Long Beach residents.

The meeting is set for 7:30 p.m. in the Long Beach Public Library.

The program “provides homeowners with protection if their private sewer laterals need to be serviced,” according to a letter from city officials, who instated the program after a lawsuit involving the Clean Water Act.
