Long Beach Police Report: Sex Offender Failed to Report Change of Address

Long Beach Police reported the following arrests for the week of April 4:

• Julio C. Maldonado, 35, of East Rockaway, was arrested on April 4 and charged with Level Three sex offender failure to verify address and sex offender failure to report change of address.

• A 19-year-old Island Park man was arrested on April 5 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, no license, and operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs.

• Bruce A. Barnett, 67, of Long Beach, was arrested on April 6 and charged with menacing and criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use.

• Paul Conklin, 53, of Long Beach, was arrested on April 8 and charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs.
