The City of Long Beach will be holding a Pearl Harbor remembrance ceremony on Wednesday.
The Joint Veterans Organization of Long Beach invites everyone to honor the more than 2,400 soldiers, Marines and seamen who lost their lives when the Japanese Air Force attacked Pearl Harbor on that “day of infamy,” Dec. 7, 1941.
The ceremony will take place at Veterans Park, located at 150 West Bay Drive, at 11 a.m. If the weather is bad, the ceremony will be moved to the Ice Arena.
