Man Arrested After Leading Officers On Chase: Long Beach PD

The Long Beach Police Department reported the following arrests for the week ending Jan. 20. All charges are merely accusations.
- Joseph J. Chensky, 41, of Baldwin, was arrested on Jan. 15 on East Park Avenue and charged with 15 counts of fourth-degree grand larceny.
- Miguel A. Rodriguez, 26, of the Bronx, was arrested on Neptune Boulevard on Jan. 15 and charged with possession of burglar tools.
- Ronal Elizaul Tapia, 30, of the Bronx, was arrested on Wilson Avenue on Jan. 15 and charged with fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle, obstructing governmental administration, reckless driving, possession of burglar tools, petty larceny, criminal mischief, reckless endangerment, driving with a suspended license, suspended registration, attempted assault with a weapon, leaving the scene of an accident and improper plates.
- Colm James Shaw, 22, of Lynbrook, was arrested on Jan. 16 at the Long Beach LIRR station and charged with second-degree harassment.
