BREAKING: Police say an argument between the two escalated, and the landlord attacked the tenant.

A man from Island Park was arrested Tuesday night after police say he assaulted his tenant while trying to collect her rent.

According to police, Witold Buczkowski, 51, of Parma Road, got into an argument with a 47-year-old woman about how she would pay her rent. Police say the argument escalated and Buczkowski punched the woman in the face and body multiple times.
