Registration Now Open For 40th Annual Long Beach 5k, 10 Mile Race to Remember

LONG BEACH, NY - Registration is now open for this year's City Manager's 5k and 10 Mile Race to Remember in Long Beach.

The 40th annual event, dedicated to the memory of race founder Ralph Kaplan, will take place on Sunday, May 29 starting at Long Beach Recreation on the corner of Bay and Magnolia Boulevard starting at 8 a.m.

Runners will race along the streets of Long Beach, and for those running in the 10 Mile race, they will get the chance to run over 2 miles on the Boardwalk.

The race is USATF Certified and will be measured by David Katz.

The registration fee is $25 before May 27 and $30 the day of the race.
