Residents Respond: What New Business Do You Want In Long Beach?

There's no denying that there are tons of great businesses in Long Beach. But there's always room for more.

We asked readers what businesses they would like to see come to the City by the Sea, and we received tons of responses.

The most popular response we received was for a bar that buys back. It's a rare occurrence these days, but if any place could make it work, it's Long Beach.

Another popular response was a marijuana dispensary. Of course, that would have to wait until recreational marijuana is legalized in the state.

Residents also seem to want a variety store, an upscale gym and a bookstore.
