The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation is pleased to announce that the Annual Holiday Tree Lighting at Orient Beach State Park will be held on Friday, December 5, 2025 at 4:00pm.
All are welcome to enjoy music, snacks, and hot cocoa prior to the lighting of the tree by Santa Claus at 5:00pm. In the spirit of the season, we will be collecting coats and canned food items for families in need in our community. Any donations are welcomed and appreciated.

Directions: Orient Beach State Park can be reached by taking the Long Island Expressway East to exit 73 (Old Country Road) to Northville Turnpike North to Sound Avenue East to park entrance.
