The Impact of Alzheimer’s presentation provides an overview of Alzheimer's disease and related dementias and emphasizes the importance of Advance Care Planning -- as it is never too early to plan ahead. Join us as we offer a chance for people to learn about the impact of dementia and Alzheimer's Association resources.
The Alzheimer’s Association, Long Island Chapter, is supported in part by a grant from the New York State Department of Health, in partnership with Northwell Health/Long Island Jewish Medical Center.
Great Neck Library will be hosting the program at 159 Bayview Avenue, Great Neck, on Tuesday, May 5, at 6:00 p.m. Registration starts on Tuesday, April 28. Be sure to sign up to save your spot!
