Perfect for anyone seeking more clarity, joy, and well‑being, each holistic health presentation provides a warm, supportive environment and real‑life tools you can use right away to feel healthier, happier, and more aligned in your everyday life.
In this month's program, Carol will be sharing powerful information that will assist you in creating the healthiest relationships with family members and friends. Note that there is a correlation between the health of our relationships and our health, longevity and quality of life.
We will have interactive discussions covering the Subconscious, Conscious and Super-conscious Minds, traditional therapy and somatic (body-centered) therapeutic techniques and how they work to clear traumas, why having appropriate expectations of family and friends is essential for our health and well-being, The Serenity Prayer; Dr. Harville Hendrix and Dr. Helen Hunt-Imago on Dialogue-Mirroring, Validation and Empathy, and The 5 Love Languages by Dr. Gary Chapman.
Lastly, we will discuss why deep connection with Self is essential to creating healthy relationships with others. We will learn what Samadhi is, how we can achieve it, and how we "find ourselves by losing ourselves"!
