There are many things for which Long Island is famous. One thing that truly stands out is food. People who leave Long Island miss the beaches and good Italian food the most. This author is proud to say that he had the pleasure of discovering Chef Gail Chandler and her unique Mobile Italian Restaurant recently at a local event. This discovery is more than just an ordinary food truck. Chef Gail and her staff bring amazing food delights, not only to public events island wide, but to the driveways of the gold coast for the best private events at home. Catering hall not needed.

I recently held a party in my back yard. Chef Gail arrived promptly, set up and served over 100 of my party guests with rave reviews. Chef Gail left a lasting impression with my guests. She leaves nothing for the host to concern themselves. Everything was included except the booze. The quality of the dishes that come through the truck window is nothing less amazing. Her helpers were uniformed, delightful and made all the guests feel welcome.

Chef Gail holds a prestigious award given by the American Culinary Federation. This award is not given lightly and the Chef holds it proudly, and surely has shown that it is well deserved. As a small business owner, Chef Gail truly hold the title well, as the "Queen of Mobile Cuisine" She runs her business like a fine tuned engine.
