HIA-LI announced two recent additions to their Board of Directors.
Chris Valsamos, of Huntington, was elected to the board. He is President and CEO of Castella Imports, Inc., based in Brentwood, and is one of the company’s co-founders. Chris earned an MBA from Hofstra University where he majored in Strategic Business Management, and a bachelor’s in Business Administration from Hofstra University.
Also joining the board is Karen J. Frank, of Manhasset. She is Executive Vice President of Hauppauge-based Omnicon, a strategic segment of HBM Prenscia, a leading engineering software and solutions provider. Karen graduated cum laude from Brooklyn College with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Economics and a minor in Psychology.
