Lynbrook Public Library - Tai Chi for Beginners

Tai Chi for people with Arthritis. Have fun while improving your flexibility through Tai Chi. Learn a modified version of this gentle exercise system which can help reduce joint pain and increase your stamina. Registration begins Sept. 1 for residents and Sept. 7 for non residents.This class is free of charge. Class size is limited. Telephone Registration is not permitted.
