At Mimi's Creative Kids, we utilize a fun approach in teaching science, math and pre-reading skills called Zoo-Phonics.
The Zoo-phonics Program teaches the alphabet using a cast of Animal characters and sounds, and a body movement that directly relates to the Animal/Letter, allowing children to utilize the alphabet immediately.
This program brings fun and excitement to learning, motivating the children and ensuring their success. The children also learn a lot about the LARGE world in which they live.
Zoo-phonics brings joy into the classroom through the Animals, the music, the movement, the games and through the ease with which the children learn the basics of pre-reading skills.
Our Teachers are New York State certified and are always furthering their education in Early Childhood Education.
Our Assistant Teacher's are highly trained as well and are always continuing their education in Early Childhood Education.
