Teen Assaulted, Robbed by Four Men by Malverne High School

The men were wearing dark clothing, hooded sweatshirts and masks, police say.

An 18-year-old man was assaulted and robbed by four men by Malverne High School on Saturday afternoon, according to Nassau County Police.

The teen was walking in the rear of the school by Parkside Road in Lakeview when he was approached by the men wearing dark clothing, hooded sweatshirts and masks at about 4:30 p.m, police said.

The men hit the victim in the face, knocking him to the ground and took an unknown amount of cash and an IPhone before fleeing in an unknown direction, according to police.

The teen was transported to a local hospital for treatment of his injuries and released, according to police.

Detectives ask anyone with information regarding this crime to contact Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
