Manhasset Cinemas Is Hiring — Six Open Roles

Assemble Cinemas is bringing Manhasset Cinemas back to life, and we're looking for people who love movies and community. We're hiring for six roles: • Theater & Operations Manager — Full-Time — $75,000–$85,000/year. Lead guest experience, staffing, projection, events, and facility operations. Requires at least three years of progressively responsible management experience in theater operations, hospitality, or a related guest-focused environment. • Usher / Concessions Attendant — Part-Time — $18/hour. Welcome guests, run concessions, and keep auditoriums and the lobby clean between shows. Friendly, guest-first attitude required; hospitality experience preferred. Must be 16 or older. • Assistant Manager — Part-Time — $23/hour. Supervise shifts, handle cash procedures, and serve as manager on duty. Requires at least two years of supervisory or lead experience in cinema, hospitality, restaurants, or retail. • Projectionist / AV Technician — Part-Time — $23–$25/hour. Maintain picture and sound quality across three auditoriums, build show schedules, ingest DCPs/KDMs, and run the booth. Full working knowledge of digital cinema projection systems required. • Shift Lead — Part-Time — $21/hour. Guide ushers and concessions staff while working alongside them. Prior lead, keyholder, or supervisory experience in theaters, restaurants, retail, or hospitality strongly preferred. • Janitor / Porter — Part-Time — $19/hour. Perform early-morning deep cleaning of auditoriums, restrooms, and public spaces before doors open. Reliable and self-directed; commercial cleaning experience preferred. Must be 18 or older.
