Massapequa names top-ranked scholars (longislandpress.com) — Massapequa High School has named Liam Chernick and Anthony D'Orlando as valedictorian and salutatorian for the Class of 2027, recognizing years of rigorous coursework and activities. Massapequa turf becomes reading space (longislandpress.com) — Massapequa High School's turf field recently transformed into a cozy evening reading spot, where older students read to about 175 young children from the district's six elementary schools.
