Answer to Massapequa Mind Boggler

We gave you a little extra time this week to figure out our Massapequa Mind Boggler.

 We've moved our answer to Saturday, but it was of little help to Massapequa as we stumped you with our weekly puzzle.

Each week we give you a photo of something that we feel should be familiar to most people who live in the area.

Usually, we take the photo from an obscure angle, but this week, we did it a little differently. In honor of the wicked winter of 2011 we took the picture straight on and let mother nature do the obscuring.

When you remove the snow, you will see the Gold Star Mothers Monument in Massapequa Park.

The monument honors mothers of military members who gave their lives serving our country.
