Drug Dealer Arrested In Massapequa After Fatal Heroin Overdose: Police

BREAKING: Two men were arrested Sunday evening. One of them sold heroin that recently resulted in a fatal overdose, police say.

MASSAPEQUA, NY - Two men were arrested for selling drugs in Massapequa on Sunday evening, according to Nassau Police.

At about 5:35 p.m., police conducted an investigation involving 25-year-old Ronald Kibler, of Wyandanch, for his selling heroin that resulted in a fatal overdose of a Nassau County resident, police said.

Kibler, as the passenger of a 2008 Acura, arrived at 20 Broadway, and was found to be in possession of heroin, police said.

The driver of the car, 22-year-old Joseph Dunn, of Dix Hills, was found to be in possession of cocaine, police said.

Kibler is charged with third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. Dunn is charged with fifth degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fourth degree criminal facilitation, police said.
