A man and a woman are robbed a Massapequa bank on Friday afternoon, according to police.At about 3:30 p.m. a man and a woman entered Bethpage Federal Credit Union on 6257 Sunrise Highway where the man approached the teller, made "verbal demands" for money and gave the teller a demand note, police said.The two then fled on foot from the bank with the money, according to police.The man is described as 20 to 25 years old, 5-foot 11-inches to 6-feet tall with a medium build, wearing a dark colored hat, dark hooded jacket with red and white horizontal stripes, camouflage pants and red and white sneakers, police said.The woman is described as 23 to 25 years old, 5-foot-2-inches to 5-foot-3-inches tall with a heavy build, wearing a multi colored winter hat, black and white jacket, purple pants and dark colored boots, police said.Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS (8477).
