Duo Rob Massapequa Bank

A man and a woman gave the teller a demand note, police say.

A man and a woman are robbed a Massapequa bank on Friday afternoon, according to police.

At about 3:30 p.m. a man and a woman entered Bethpage Federal Credit Union on 6257 Sunrise Highway where the man approached the teller, made “verbal demands” for money and gave the teller a demand note, police said.

The two then fled on foot from the bank with the money, according to police.

The man is described as 20 to 25 years old, 5-foot 11-inches to 6-feet tall with a medium build, wearing a dark colored hat, dark hooded jacket with red and white horizontal stripes, camouflage pants and red and white sneakers, police said.

The woman is described as 23 to 25 years old, 5-foot-2-inches to 5-foot-3-inches tall with a heavy build, wearing a multi colored winter hat, black and white jacket, purple pants and dark colored boots, police said.
