Emergency Blood Drive Tuesday at Farmingdale State College
Farmingdale State hosting blood drive Tuesday on campus.

With blood supplies dwindling, New York Blood Center has issued an emergency appeal for blood donations.
Farmingdale State College will host an emergency drive Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. in the Campus Center Ballroom.
“New York Blood Center has issued an emergency appeal for blood donations to ensure their continued capability to serve area hospitals,” according to a message from Sen. Michael Venditto’s office. “Their primary concerns are their ability to meet predictable patient needs as well as any unexpected emergencies that may occur. Please make every possible effort to donate blood.”
