Free Prostate Cancer Screening Provided by Senator Kemp Hannon and Integrated Medical Foundation, Inc.

Prostate cancer is the second-leading cause of male cancer-related death.  A man dies every 16 minutes in the U.S. from prostate cancer. If detected early, prostate cancer is treatable. That’s why Senator Kemp Hannon is partnering with Integrated Medical Foundation, Inc. to provide FREE prostate screenings.

Men 40 years-old or older, who have not been previously treated for prostate cancer, are encouraged to make an appointment. Screenings will be performed in a private setting by appointment only at the Uniondale Public Library.

The free screenings will be by appointment only and take place on Monday, September 26, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Uniondale Public Library, located at 400 Uniondale Avenue in Uniondale. Please remember to bring a photo ID and two stamped envelopes. ONE envelope should be addressed to yourself and ONE envelope should be addressed to your doctor.
