Illegal Weapons Found During Search Of Nassau Home: Police
Police say that probation officers were searching the man's home when they found the weapons.

A Massapequa Park man was arrested Friday night after police say probation officers found multiple illegal weapons in his home.
According to police, officers were called to a home on Park Lane at 8:45 p.m. to help Nassau County Probation Officers with an investigation. While at the home, police say the probation officers found metal knuckles, two gravity knives and two loaded high-capacity gun magazines. Daniel Hopkins, 53, was arrested without incident.
Hopkins is charged with five counts of criminal possession of a weapon. He was arraigned on Saturday in First District Court in Hempstead.
