Join former NY Islander Pat LaFontaine for the 11th annual Farmingdale Main Street Mile on Sept.5!

Registraton is open for the 11th annual Farmingdale Main Street Mile this coming Labor Day weekend on September 5! Join us for this great event which takes place running down Main Street in downtown Farmingdale. Proceeds support Pat LaFontaine’s Companions in Courage Foundation. Join us for a morning with a kids 1/4 fun run, followed by the women’s and men’s 1 mile races for both competitive and recreational runnings starting approximately at 9:10 am. Registration is $20 per person, which includes participation in the race, a great goodie bag and shirt, and admission to a great post race fundrasier after the race. The fundraiser takes place at Croxley Ale House on Main Street in Farmingdale at 11 am hosted by Jim Douglas of MAX103 Radio. Admission for all runner is free, $10 for non-runners. It includes a great brunch, cash bar and raffle prizes. Pat LaFontaine will also be on hand! Last year there were nearly 500 participants, we hope you can join us!
