Man Brazenly Robbed Nassau Bank In The Middle Of The Day

Police are searching for the man, who made off with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Nassau police are searching for a man who brazenly robbed a Massapequa bank in the middle of the day on Thursday.

According to police, the man entered the Roslyn Savings Bank, located at 6199 Sunrise Highway, at 12:06 p.m. and approached the teller. The man handed her a demand note, and she gave him an undisclosed amount of cash. The robber then fled on foot east on Sunrise Highway with his cash.

The man is approximately 30 years old, 5 feet, 8 inches to 6 feet tall with a stocky build, wearing sunglasses a grey hooded sweatshirt and gray sweatpants.
