
I like the man, despite the fact that I have never cast a vote for him.
However, until yesterday I thought I might do just that, but then who knows, 2020 is still a long way off.
Now, I am quite sad for him. He has fallen, and will be bruised forevermore.

Politically correct is a reality, and I do not have the expertise of analysts calculating the odds of a candidate’s viability.
Yet, it is beyond sad, perhaps even closee to the realm of tragic, when we relinquish something that represents who and what we are as human beings for the sake of an election.
I feel in this instance not only the candidate has lost something vital to his integrity, but also the country has lost a potential leader whom they could have embraced.
And I truly believe the word that is often forgotten in these days of loud voices shouting ABORTION and/or IMPEACHMENT, is that whispered four syllable one, INTEGRITY
Once lost, it is gone forever, and yes, today I am truly sad for the candidate who wanted so desperately to be elected that he has relinquished his.
I really liked the man he once was.
