Masked Man Robbed Nassau Gas Station
Police say the man claimed to have a gun when he robbed the station.

Nassau police are looking for a man who robbed a gas station in Massapequa early Thursday morning.
According to police, the man entered the Lukoil gas station at 975 North Broadway and went up to the manager. The man held his hand under his shirt and said he had a gun, then demanded the manager hand over money. He did, and the man fled the scene toward North Linden Street, possibly getting into a red minivan.
The robber was wearing a black mask, a blue hooded sweatshirt with "Old Navy" written on the front, black sweat pants and white sneakers.

Detectives are asking anyone with information about this crime to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All calls will remain anonymous, and you could receive a cash reward if your information leads to an arrest.
