Massapequa Restaurant Closes Down

MASSAPEQUA, NY - A Massapequa restaurant recently announced that they have closed down, according to a report in Newsday.

The restaurant opened up in December on 4348 Merrick Road and was owned by Yunchang Zheng, who has over 20 years of experience in cooking.

Zheng started the restaurant with his family.

“[The restaurant] is all about my father who had ’a restaurant dream’ for more than ten years and has never stopped convincing me, my mother and my brother to open a family restaurant,” Yunchang’s daughter and restaurant manager Lisa Zheng, who left her job at an insurance office to work at the restaurant told Patch back in January.
