With locations in Garden City and Syosset we train over 2,000 children each week at every swim level from Beginner to Olympian. Long Island Swim School offers swim lessons for children ages 2 - 14years old. Biltmore Beach Club, a private beach located in Massapequa, is completely closed to bathing, according to the Nassau County Department of Health. The beach was closed on Wednesday, June 20, after tests indicated significantly high -- and unsafe -- levels of bacteria in the beach's water.The Nassau County Department of Health said the beach will remain closed to swimming "until testing indicates that samples are within acceptable limits."
