Massapequa Liquor Store Employee Arrested For Selling Alcohol to Minors: Police

BREAKING: The man was arrested during an underage drinking initiative last Friday.

A Massapequa liquor store employee was arrested for selling alcohol to minors during an underage drinking initiative on Friday, according to State Police.

Marcos Antonio Paiz-Palma, an employee of Aro Liquor Store on 4908 Merrick Road was charged with prohibited sale of an alcoholic beverage and first degree unlawful dealing with a child after selling alcoholic beverages to undercover officers, police said.

He was issued appearance tickets and directed to appear in the Nassau County First District Court.
