All right Massapequa, settle down, and we don't want any snide comments from the peanut gallery.

What we're trying to tell you is that we're going to experiment without providing clues to our weekly mystery photo puzzle.

Each week we give you a mystery picture of some place or some thing that should be familiar to most area residents.  But the photo will be taken from an odd angle that makes it difficult to figure what it is.

Normally, we'd provide you with clues, but not this week. But because we can't live without our beloved bullet points, we're going to tell you fun facts about the year depicted in this week's mystery photo.
