Massapequa students went back in time to study the beginning of human life.
According to the district, sixth grade students in Mrs. Curry’s class learned about Neolithic Times by role playing to understand the importance of roles and jobs in society.

“Students identified their strengths and then performed a set task according to a specific skill set,” said the district. “Students then reflected on the benefits of a specialized lifestyle.”
